Exchanges and returns
All exchanges and returns are free.
You have 14 business days from the receipt of your order to make an exchange or return.
If you'd like to proceed with an exchange or return, send an email to info@elsantostore.com, and we’ll send you a return label. Prepare the package and drop it off at the nearest office.

Domestic shipping
Orders are delivered within 2 to 4 business days.
Shipments outside the mainland may experience extended delivery times.
Domestic shipping is free for orders over €100.
